Middleton & Son in Lubbock represented the owners in marketing the Texas-sized ranch and securing the buyer for the Waggoner. Joel Leadbetter of Hall and Hall in Bozeman and Sam Connolly, general manager of Kroenke Ranches, represented Stan Kroenke. Prospective buyers in more than 100 coun- tries were contacted. "The selection of Mr. Kroenke brings to a close an unprecedented global marketing effort," said Uechtritz. "The sale of the Waggoner was an extraordinarily complex and multi-faceted process, and its successful culmination is a tribute to the many people, teams, and layers of teams representing all sides behind the process," Uechtritz said. On the buyer's side, Hall and Hall's ever-capable managing director proved yet again his industry-leading abilities.
