2014 Top Auction Houses
The increasing popularity of marketing land via auction appealed to buyers and sellers
last year as strong fundamentals buoyed sales of ag land, ranchland, recreational

METHODOLOGY The Land Report's sixth annual ranking of
auction houses in the U.S. is based on the total value of self-reported
2014 domestic land sales by auction. Auctions considered for ranking
purposes excluded commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
All figures cited were provided by each respective firm. The survey
was conducted from January 20 through February 12, 2015.
